The employees of this company are either flagrantly lazy, or running a scam. Typically, it takes roughly three weeks for bail to be returned to a client after his or her obligations to the court are met. After SIX MONTHS and ELEVEN phone calls (discounting the times they put me on hold and eventually disconnected me), they continued to tell me to 'call back next week', because they were 'checking to see if the bail was released'. I called the court myself and had the bail released after three months of waiting, and was told the agency had made no attempt to contact the court. At this point, it seems I will have to take them to court to get my money back. I recommend avoiding this place at all costs.
