Quaint Amish Heritage Restaurant Off in the Cut with Fresh Baked Foods.....

The restaurant sits on a corner with adequate parking to rear door entry. It’s a delicious local bakery as well. The atmosphere is casual with country diner accented table coverings & decor. It was pleasant & quiet with a fairly good pace of table turnover.

The breakfast food was absolutely delicious. We ordered donuts to go and also ate on site. We realized that they must use variations of their donut batter to make the French toast, pancakes, & waffles, which were all uniquely flavorful. The omelettes were loaded & great tasting too!

The service was excellent, no waiting time, quick, attentive, gave us recommendations, food was prepared quickly & plated beautifully. We would certainly consider a return visit for lunch or dinner as the tantalizing menu teased our palates. The price-to-value was unprecedented; our family of four (4) ate from the regular menu, also ordered a dozen (12) donuts to go, with gratuity for under $50. We’d definitely recommend the pancakes & baked goods to go as well. Overall, awesome experience in this gorgeous rural park setting.
