Had a 6 month lease from fall 2008 thru spring 2009. The apartment itself was very nice. However, I had a third floor end unit and the wind and cold air that come in was unreal. The windows would whistle with the wind and ice would form on the windows at night and thaw during the day causing water damage to the window sills. The walls are paper thin so much that I could hear the neighbors on the second floor doing daily chores. The worst was the unruly college students partying at all hours and partying in the hallway blocking the stairs. I was threatened many times by them for reporting them and had to carry mace with me at all times coming and going from my apartment. This complex is not safe it is not secure. I would not recommend this place unless you are looking for a constant college dorm party. Mangement knew of these issues before I even moved in. How can you rent to an unsuspecting rentor knowing all this happens. Think twice before renting here.

In the past year there have been at least 6 break ins at Tracy Creek apartments. The management did not warn residents of the break ins at the apartment complex. I have not seen any addition security or safety measures taken. Also, Tracy Rd is one of the worst roads in Ohio. There are pot holes every where and it get very annoying driving on this road every day. One last thing, if you live on the first floor you tend to get a good amount of insects, especially large spiders, in your apartment. Oh yeah, I just thought of a couple more things... There is a train switching station near by so you can hear the breaks squeaking as night. Lastly, the apartment doesn't come with curtains, so you need to buy your own when you move in. I know it's really lame!
