I recently called the Perrysburg store because an item that went on sale that day was not available in Lima, OH where I live or the Kohl's website. When calling the store, I spoke to Chad, one of your salespeople. Chad was extremely helpful, very kind and conscientious and went the extra mile to make sure that I could purchase a carpet cleaner from his store since it was not available anywhere else. He had the carpet cleaner held for my daughter to pick up for me and even made sure I got my 20% off coupon price since the coupon expired two days prior, the day I wanted to purchase it when it was not available. He told me where the carpet cleaner could be picked up (men's registers) and my daughter was so pleased that everything was just as he said. One additional item, the clerk on the men's registers that day was most helpful and knew all the details although my daughter did not get her name. She was great and Chad was fantastic. Kudos to these two sales people, they made my day
