I would've rated this much higher, but their billing department is terrible. I submitted all the information to the billing department for a worker's comp. claim. When I received another bill, I called them and gave them the information again. Then when they called me saying they didn't have the correct address, I called them back, after a simple google search verified the correct address-which they could've done themselves, and gave them the address. I also called the workers comp. agency to verify the address just to be sure it was correct. A month later, I receive a collection notice. I called them again, and they told me they never received the correct address, even though I called and spoke with a real person and gave it to them!! All they could say was, "we have in our notes that you did call back, but the line was disconnected." Really? No. I spoke with a real person and she thanked me for the information and told me it would be submitted. All other providers on the same workers comp. claim were billed and paid with no problems. This is the ONLY provider that continuously can not seem to find the correct address and get the bill submitted. Now they tell me that since it's in collections, they won't re-bill it! They had no idea how to remedy the situation and when I asked to be transferred to the supervisor, the line was conveniently disconnected. It's a shame, because the ER visit was a pleasant one, but now I will never go there again nor would I recommend it to anyone else due to the problems with the billing department and their unwillingness to bill the correct agency.
