      When I arrived at HOP, directly from inpatient status at UTMC I was suffering from severe DVT'S, in both legs. Both legs were swollen three times their natural size, discoloration, and burning. Those symptoms made crawling difficult let alone standing and walking. The PT staff evaluated, formulated, and began a comprehensive PT/OT schedule coupled with my End Stage Renal Disease. ( I have had 3 Cadaveric Kidney Transplants- current transplant functioning perfectly after 10+ years.



      After 2 years of rigorous treatment I am happy to report both legs are smaller than their original size, stronger, and my balance is improving.



      The staff at HOP is professional, courteous, caring, motivational, and extremely dedicated. I would definitely recommend HOP to family, and friends for any/and all their rehabilitative needs.
