AWT came out and replaced a door and window in my home. The owner was very polite and the price was reasonable. The crew that he sent out was very efficient and respectful. I will definitely be using them again for a couple of other projects at my house.
This rating of ONE STAR (NO STAR) comes after attempting for over a year to correct the install of my screened porch door. I have called AWT too many times, I've stopped counting with promises from courteous Ms. M that correction would be made by the owner, he came and I was told that he ordered a part and he has never called or returned to finish the work on my screen door that does not close properly. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER.
If you want you door repaired call or email us. All of our contact info is on the AWTVinyl.com web site. Your problem will be handled. Screen doors don't just stop working. The hard ware on the doors can be damaged by over extending to door. I keep a opener kit in my tool box for just such problems. Please drop me a line and I will take care of your problem.
