Our team has developed protocols with Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare to provide faster treatment for our patients in the event of a heart attack or stroke. Within our ER, we have technology to instantly connect with physicians in Tallahassee when a specialty consultation is needed through a telemedicine system.
- GynecologyDoctors’ Memorial Hospital and North Florida Women’s Care are proud to announce the opening of Taylor County’s new gynecology clinic. Dr. Amy Haddock of North Florida Women’s Care will now travel to Perry to provide gynecology services at Doctors’ Memorial Hospital select days each month.
- ObstetricsDr. Haddock graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in biology from the University of West Florida in 2007. She then attended The Florida State University College of Medicine, where she was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society. Upon graduation from FSU, she attended residency at the University of Florida College of Medicine – Jacksonville in the specialty of obstetrics and gynecology. Dr. Haddock has been a member of the North Florida Women’s Care team since 2017.
- EndoscopyDoctors’ Memorial Hospital has four surgical suites and two endoscopy suites. The dedicated surgical staff of nurses and anesthesiologists ensure each patient receives personalized, professional care. The post anesthesia care unit provides care for patients receiving general anesthesia and those requiring close monitoring after surgical procedures.

- Physical TherapyThe goal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at DMH Physical Therapy is to assist people who have experienced disabling diseases or injury regain control of their lives by restoring movement and function. Our physical therapists create individualized treatment plans that consider the unique needs, abilities, and objectives of each patient. They provide services in conjunction with other specialties for a wide variety of orthopedic, neurological and general medical conditions. Our clinical staff has 50 years combined experience and includes two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant. Patients are seen by physician referral. Office hours are by appointment, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
