The job consisted of cleaning front and rear parking lots of commercial building, applying 1500+ sq ft patch of hot asphalt, compact with 5 ton hot roller. reseal, and then re-stripe the parking lot. John's crew did a nice job. I was not on site when the job was done, but John sent me 10 plus photos of the job as worked progressed so that I could follow progress and see the final solution. Working with John was a pleasure. No issues.

A private drive in Idyllwild was a small job, but John's bid was much lower than other paving contractors. The project was completed within budget and differing opinions of property owners affected by the project were totally resolved and everyone was happy with quality of work.
