The people at this store are the best in town. We went to the Verizon store on Allen Road and Pioneer Parkway and waited an hour to have the sales person tell us there was nothing that could be done for our daughter's phone. We left that store and went to this one, and the experience was completely opposite. Don't waste your time waiting. These guys are great, and so nice!

The staff at this store provided the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. They have set the bar to a new low. After violating our contract, their only response was to abuse the customer. I came to the store to buy and now I am looking for a new service provider. Someone needs to tell them that it is less costly to retain good long-term customers than get new ones. Can you hear me now?
