Worst customer service I've ever received. They lost my appointment even though I made it a whole year before and then confirmed it several weeks before the actual date. The frumpy dirty blonde chick at the desk instead of saying we're really sorry here's what we can do .. insisted I hadn't done something right or the "internet must have been down". I was then told I would have to wait an hour. Once a (very nice) tech. took me into the first room for the pre-apt stuff, the angry blonde barged in and said "we need this room for someone that actually made and appointment" How I didn't walk out at that point is beyond me. I waited an hour and a half from when my apt. was to be seen. And then, to be treated like that? I will never return. It was one of my worst customer service experiences I've ever had.Then I walked over to the lenscrafters side. And the sales lady was talking all kinds of trash about the eye doctors... just all around unprofessional place.
