My mother died the night before I had an appt. She died Jan 1st, 2014 and my appt was Jan 2nd. I called to cancel my appt. She died suddenly. I was very depressed and did not come back the next wk or two. When I called to see if I could extend my visits (so many visits in so many wks) they said "no, the computer wouldn't allow them". Basically this is an Atkins program. Due to health reasons I could not get the shot that they give every wk. Sooo, I was paying hundreds of dollars so a person (different person each time that did not know me) could check my daily log. I was also given vitamins and had my vitals checked. I tried to get a refund in the end because of this and the fact that I had hurriedly signed up. You have to make the decision day 1 to get an almost 50% discount. I have had pre cancerous cells and low carb diets have lowered my immune system in the past (shingles at 32, consistently sick). I was refused any refund and even the remaining vitamins I paid for.
