I advise anyone not to use Karp Appliances...he showed up to do the work for me and charged me a $45 service call fee and miss diagnose the repair ..he took my money and never showed up to repair my appliance..i tried calling him and he never answered or returned any of my calls .when i finally called private I got in touch with him he told me he couldn't repair my appliance just buy a new one it would be cheaper, only to find out when i called Elite appliances it was fixable, they repaired it and diagnosed the problem totally diffrent. when Karp appliances told me to just buy a new appliance ..karp appliance is a RIP-OFF..took my money and never satisfied me as a customer...

um yeah dont use this guy he works at appliance recycler and he could fix my washer. i tried to call him back and he wouldnt return my calls.
