I live near the Knoxville Jimmy Johns and have ordered from there several times. My order was delivered, each time, in less than 20 minutes. The bread that they use is the best I have tasted of all the sandwitch places I have tried. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

I would give 0 stars if it gave me the option. I am pretty upset that I ordered my sandwiches (2) and it took over 45 minutes to deliver. I live about 3 miles from the location. I was told when I ordered "as soon as it is made, it will be there" but I continued to wait for my food. So when the driver finally showed up, I paid and checked my order. To my surprise my 2 bags of chips were not there. So I called and talked to the manager whoaaid she could have someone bring them to me. I told her that if it would take them another 45 minutes like the original delivery did not to bother. She offered me a 2.28 credit which I thought was worthless at this point and told her that I would just nit use your facility anymore and I will tell everyone I know not to use your facility. I run a very successful service business in Peoria and I know the importance of excellent customer service. My business usually orders from here 3-5 times a week. We will no longer.
