I made an appointment at Five Senses Spa for my mom & I to get facials together & then for me to get all my very long hair cut off to a pixie cut & donate it. 3 1/2 hours before our appointment I received a call saying that they had to cancel one of the facials because someone called in. My mom was in town for a difficult but short time & I had taken the day off to do so. We wanted to do it as mother & daughter and both of us deserved a spa day, we were very excited. They really did nothing to rectify the situation. We cancelled the other facial also but I still went to cut & donate my hair(it had become kind of a big deal). I did not receive the complimentary neck, shoulder & scalp stress relief treatment, unless it was the shampoo(that was nothing special or great). The haircut was very quick & if a little palm aid is supposed to be styling, I still walked out of there looking like a helmet head. It was horrible! I was never asked if I was happy or liked it. After cutting off over 18 inches of my hair & donating it to Children with Hair Loss I expected it to be more special. Especially after the let down off not being able to get facials before hand, with my mom, because of bad scheduling & uncaring customer service.

I recently had my hair cut and colored at Five Senses and was highly satisfied with the outcome! I love my new style! From the moment I entered to the time I left I received nothing but top class customer service! I will definitely recommend to everyone I know! The extra little add-ons made it that much better, from the scalp massage to the glass of wine! Thanks Five Senses!
