Employers Association is a nonprofit membership organization that serves the employer community in 60 counties throughout Illinois and bordering communities in Iowa, Missouri and Wisconsin. It serves nearly 600 member organizations that include private and public sector employers ranging in size from one to several thousand employees. Employers Association provides information, guidance, human resource, compensation, organizational development and training services. It is governed by a 21-member board of directors and publishes newsletters, research studies and survey reports. The organization is a member of the Employer Association Group and is affiliated with the National Association of Manufacturers. Founded in 1917, Employers Association is headquartered in Peoria, Ill.
