We fix ugly pools does our weekly maintenance and we are pleased with their service and we just recently had the ugly pool guys do our glass beeding too and they did a great job!

We bought a new house and the pool was not in good shape. We called we fix ugly pools out and they replaced the pool equipment (filter,pump) cleaned the tile and acid washed the pool. WOW! what a difference! and they were a pleasure to do business with

WOW! I was very impressed with this company. They were professional and a pleasure to work with. I had a problem with my swimming pool equipment (filter,pump) and they got it back up and running in no time at all!

I put an email request in on their website they called me right away and set up an appointment the next day. The technician was presentable and very knowledgable and got the job done. I will definitely be using them in the future!

Ok...knowing how contractor business works... (dad was in construction) I was SO PLEASED with We Fix Ugly Pools! They made us understand that there would be glitches, but knowing this we didn't get angry like others who behave like children when things don't go perfect. The price was great. The people were great (even if there were language barriers) and of course our pool is not ugly anymore!! Highly Recommend. Be sure to be patient in any contracting situation and know that weather,scheduling and material availability can slow a project down. (tips from my dad :)

My first contact with WFUP was seeing their truck driving up the 101. I figured that since I had already gotten bids from a few other pool companies I should check them out as well. The guy who answered the phones was great, the salesman knowledgable, and above all they actually got back to me! The bid they left me was accurate, and was very fast. Some companies haven't even called me back yet. Anyway, I haven't completely decided who I go with yet. Ugly Pools is on the top so far though!

We have received extremely poor service. There was and continues to be no communication from the company, and my estimate of 5-7 weeks was a complete fabrication. It has been 10 weeks, and they are still not completed. They will not return calls on a timely manner, and nobody on the project site knows what anyone else is doing. Nobody can answer questions. So far, during construction, the crew has destroyed my stone planters, and broken my fire pit. I would never recommend this company, and urge you not to sign a contract with them.
