It is impossible to get anyone on the phone here.

This is 2016 FFS, how do you not have an option to pay a bill online??

Dr, Mahadevan has been nothing but helpful to me. I go to this office for a couple of reasons. I have osteoporosis and arthritis in my hip area. Everyone has always been more than helpful to me.

I am not happy with this clinic. I have pain medication I have to get approved each month before it is filled at my pharmacy. It is so frustrating as it takes numerous phone calls and many days to get this prescription filled each month. It is stressful to even try to call them as they close down for almost 2 hours each day for lunch and close early on Friday. You cannot leave a message during these times. You have to call back and each time, you are on hold for a loooong time. Extremely lacking in customer service. I also have had to make calls to them to follow up on test results, etc. I have also dealt with some very unfriendly staff - including the front desk when you check in. They make you feel like you are annoying them - they do not make you feel welcome as a patient. I work the front desk at a Drs. office and I am appalled at how they treat their patients. The Dr always seems to rush in and out and never really answers my questions. Overall, I am very frustrated with the care I receive, but there are not a lot of options for this type of specialty, so I feel I am stuck - but I will continue to look!
