Horrible horrible horrible......stay away......owner and employees are beyond rude, and UPS corporate is going to hear about how bad they have treated my parents. I can't believe that UPS would allow this store to tarnish their good name. Owner should be ashamed of himself for how he has has treated his customers. When you buy insurance, you should feel confident that you are covered.....not with this place. Insulting that a business would treat paying customers this way. Many options to ship things, and I will never use UPS again.....and I am going to tell everyone that I know to use somebody else as well. Do yourself a favor and use FedEx. Only gave then 1 star because I can't submit a review with no stars.

Zero Stars. This store has horrible customer service from the owner on down. They packaged up christmas gifts for my parents, and when all of the contents did not arrive at the destination they treated my parents like criminals. When the owner called he offered no apology and was accusatory until he hung up the phone on me. Please do not use this business. They did not refund any insurance on the item that was packaged. UPS was notified and I feel the store should make this situation right, regardless of what UPS thinks.
