Lost all forward gears and had car towed to Sun on recommendation of another service center. Tony had car on the rack the next day and called me to explain what they found. I asked to view the disassembled transmission and Tony took the time to explain what happened and showed me the failed components. When completed Tony test drove the car and didn't like the way it was shifting so called to explain they were pulling the transmission again and found that a new electronic module that had been installed failed and had to be replaced. Transmission works great now and I couldn't be more pleased with their service and commitment to doing the work right the first time even if it meant having to pull the transmission a second time. Excellent experience for me and I would highly recommend others to call Sun if they need transmission service. They are a company you can trust to do the job right the first time.

Tony and Pete are great guys who really care about thier customers. They saved me money in my repair and drove me to pick up a rental care while the work was performed. They explained in great detail the work performed and kept me updated throughout the process. I would definitely use and reccommend them again. Keep up the good work guys!
