The Sun Garden manufactured home community is located 15 miles west of Phoenix in the flourishing city of Peoria. It is one of the premier all-age communities in the Valley of the Sun. Located right off Loop 101, the 233-unit facility offers a variety of spacious 2, 3, and 4 bedroom homes. Amenities include a clubhouse with Internet cafe, an exercise room, swimming pool, playground, basketball court, billiards, and picnic area. The community is very clean and quiet, but also child-friendly. It plays host to several holiday activities during the year. Pets are accepted under community policies.
