Sterling Auto recently discovered that a previous auto shop -had not put my car back properly from a collision repaired by another shop over a year ago. I told the first shop for over 6 months that the car was NOT right but they totally ignored me. After a fender bender recently, I took my car Sterling and they immediately notified my insurance company that car had not been repaired properly. The car was sent back to the shop that did a poor job for correction and then back to Sterling for the last fender bender. I regret sending the car back to the first shop as they really jerked me around . I was in the middle of moving cross country and had it not been for Allstate insurance and the fine people at Sterling including Ken,Martin, John and Scott, I would have lost my mind - ha. I can't say enough positive things about Sterling Auto - so if you don't know who to trust for an auto repair, trust me - Sterling will treat you better than anyone and stand behind their work and word!!!Thanks
