I was told they were not under warranty and I was left with what it is what it is." I will never spend that kind of money for a bike again and especially form Performance Bikes anywhere. The manager instantly attacked me even though i was very honest and polite about returning the bike. He told me quote we will not be a whipping post for you abuse our policy" At that point I knew there was no chance at a full refund so i sold the bike and took a huge hit. STAY AWAY from them. 100% rejection not satisfaction.
