My beautiful ,white painted alder Oakcraft kitchen cubboards started peeling the first month they were installed six years ago. Oakcraft replaced the damage three times each time they pealed again , though the last replacement did not peel ,within one month the wood split in quarter inch and half inch wedges in the faces of the drawers . I had wood experts look at the drawers Nd they determined the wood had not been properly dried or aged before use. Oak craft stated this is my fault . This is not my fault . I was after the third replacement I was convinced to sign a waiver for water damage . I signed it because I keep an immaculent kitchen . There never has been water in or near or on my cabinets or drawers . Now that the fourth replacement has worse damage they say they will not replace anything because there was no water damage ! They removed the peeling trim and brought replacement trim and put it in my Dinning room . I have asked their rep Kim four times to send someone here to put the trim
Back on . I have received no response. I deserve a beautiful kitchen that does not peel and crack . This has been six years of hell when I should have had a beautiful flawless kitchen from
