You would love this laundry shop due to three reasons: quality service, affordable price and nice people! Five out of five stars most definitely.

They do a great job for the most part, they did ruin my pillow and it did "slip" their minds to tell me, but after I confronted them, they did offer to get me a new one. I love the women staff there, they are always so nice and helpful to me. What bothers me, are the people leaving their trash all over the place and the kids running like crazy all over the place, this is a work place , not a jungle gym, while I get you have to bring your kids, control them. I do, I bring snacks, games and Ipad, surely these families have one of these items to amuse their kids. I have kids, so I know how hard it is, but I also know to respect others and a place of business, I clean up after myself.

Horrible. My dryer broke. Man said sternly, "you have to wash here, to dry here".....I've NEVER heard of that. It was right down the street, so I thought I'd just have to call for their hours on a Sunday. Good thing I called. I specifically said my dryer went out, and that was all he kept repeating was that one line. Business is business...why turn it away? ps. I gave em one star cause I had to....

Do not go here!!!!! Rude workers. Got hassle drying my clothes because my dryer went out at home. Arizona has some crazy rules about having to wash and dry clothes all in one place. Washed my clothes and brought two loads to dry and I got grief. Went to this laundry mat because it was close to home. Last week I had to dry a load and went to Suds in Surprise. It was a drive but well worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank God we are moving back to Michigan tomorrow and do not get hassled drying laundry

They have a lady working there but the dirt inside the washes. Pay to use bathrooms. Cold dryers even on hot.

My hot water heater went out. I had a couple of loads of laundry left to do, so I took them to The Laundry Center on Peoria and 75th Ave. I loaded the wash tubs with clothes, put the money in and selected hot wash. There was no hot water, only cold. I switched to different settings to see if I could get hot, but none of them worked. I told the attendant, and she said NO HOT WATER, only cold wash. I told her I would take my clothes out and not wash them, and then I asked her for a refund. She said sorry, no refund. ### I will never go back to this place again. Enough said.
