Will never go here again, they tell you what you wanna hear over the phone, then when you get there they act aggressive and pushy, once they find out something on your credit they tell you they cant help you without even trying.They throw you out like dirt very rude.

I too have had a very unpleasant experience at Larry Miller Toyota. I was kept onsite for hours (everyone knows it takes time to finance/get details, but we were there for over 8 hours!) Upon leaving I was lied to about my financed amount, we put significant money down and never was explained what we still feel are duplicated charges. We agreed to a warrant service which was explained as one type of service then turned out to be something significantly less than. Our first oil change is now here and the service department doesn't have our name registered with the vehicle. I just spoke with the finance manager who was rude and tried to pass me onto the service dept. whom I had just talked with and was transferred from! He ended up hanging up on me, I feel so duped. I thought Larry Miller Toyota was reputable and honorable I was hoping that my car buying experience would be better going through a dealership but in fact I have been yelled at, lied to and mistreated. I would not recommend Larry Miller Toyota to anyone - if you want service, value and honesty go ANYwhere else!

I have never had such a bad experience somewhere that I had to ever write a review about it. We went on a Friday around 7:30 at night to look at some cars after the manager called us twice telling us to come in, that they were having a sell that weekend and they could definitely work with us, and get us more for our trade in ( we previously went a month earlier but were not offered what we wanted for our trade). So after working all day we decided to go in.

It was 9:30 at night and we had finally come to an agreement on numbers. But the car was at another dealership. They pushed and pushed for us to commit to this deal, without even seeing or test driving the car (38,000 vehicle) Of course we didn't... we said we would be back to make the deal the next day after we test drove the car and they told us that was fine, that the deal would still be on the table. We asked for the price sheet with all the numbers so we could think about it more at home (last time we there they had given us one), The Fleet manager Rob straight lied to our face and said they don't give those out... oh ok I have one sitting in my car right now from them(actually from the same EXACT guy) SOOOO the next day we got busy and could not make it in, but were told if we came in Sunday we could still do it for the same price. So we go in Sunday to do the deal and what do you know.. they lost the price sheet!! so after all was said and done, they come to us with all new numbers, 6000 more over the term of the loan. They do not honor their word, and this is a place I will never do business with again. Please spend your money and time somewhere else. This place is a JOKE. ---- all we wanted was for this dealership to honor their word, we had a deal worked out and were told if we came back two days later, that they would still honor it. Don't wait until we drive 30 minutes up there, to tell us that they lost the price sheet and don't remember what is on the paper. We were not going in there asking for anything new, we just wanted to deal we were promised on Friday night.

Rude Customer Service

They treat you like low class if your credit is low.. They use bullying tactics from Alphie.. Finance Manager... Use Earnhardt instead

I took my car there for an oil change. The service guy talked me into buying a package that included 4 oil changes and 2 tire rotations for $100. Since i was being charged $55 for the oil change and this one would be included i figured it was a great deal. That would mean i would get 4 oil changes for $25 a peice and 2 free tire rotations, Great deal huh!!! EXCEPT the oil change package was only good till the end of the year and i bought the package half way throught the year and only used 2 of my 4 oil changes, Im sure people are tired of getting sucked into these deals with these companys and throwing their money away, I will never buy a package deal and take my car for an oil change anywhere but LARRY MILLER DODGE!!!!!!!

scammed an 84 y/o man

My 84 year ol father in law went in to buy an Hyandai, they pressured him into buying an extended warranty - give me a break - he'll be 90! After my husband called and spoke with them. They then added $1394.00 for a desert package, basically tinted windows and and a wax job! This charge was not on the contract, it took three days to finally get someone to explain what the charges were for; and we were told that EVERY car on the lot has the package so there is no option to not have it. Totally a scram, we feel that this dealer really took advatage of a trusting oler man! STAY AWAY from this place!!

Our experience with the above dealership has been very unpleasant eversince we got our 2010 Camry.

Walter, Robin, Mat and the other managers were very rude, sarcastic, arrogant and lied to us when we traded our 2007 Camry mid last year.

We were told to go and see them and they would us but instead of helping us they treated us badly.

Over a week ago my husband called the above dealership because of the recall and a woman by the name of Angela gave us an appointment for March 9.

My husband and I left early because of the rain, we drove separately because we do not know how long the reapir is going to be but when when we got to the service department, we were told that there is nothing needs to be done to our car because its not included in the recall (as far as we know the only VIN # that is not included in the recall starts with "J" and our car's VIN does not start with "J", we saw it on the newspaper) so were told to go home.

What a bunch of incompetent and idiots Larry Millers Toyota employees are. They didn't even have a courtesy to call us ahead and tell us not to waste our time , mileage and gasoline, they let us come to their service department for "nothing".

I really did not want to go because I get this anxiety attack being at their dealership because of our previous experience (it was a long story, their managers made me feel so little, I was treated like dirt, I believe because of my nationality) but my husband does not want to wait so he drove his car and followed me so we do not have to wait while the other car is in service.

Big mistake buying a car from them, they mislead you, they are liar, a cheater and a thief.
