My experience with Infiniti of peoria in Phoenix AZ. I found a vehicle that I liked at the dealership. I contacted the dealership via phone. They promptly returned my call. We worked out a deal, an Addedum to the contract they would install a DVD or give me $675 back for dvd. After the deal was worked out; dealership got paid. it has been over a month now, that the dealership has not paid for the dvd. no returned calls. Lender has been notified, but dealership will not return calls. I have now hired an attorney. BEWARE, dealership will do anything to work deal, but will not come through at the end. I am still fighting this, to get my money. this has been the most horrible experience I have had when buying a car.If you have to buy a vehicle using dealership, makes sure you get everything in writing. and have copies for yourself.
