0Great staff great service never have a problem when I donate I would definitely recommend to other to save a life great place!

The staff is very friendly, but today my husband was told he could not donate because he has "West Side" tattooed on his arms. We saw several other people with "gang affiliated" tattoos like south side, brown pride, and so on, go in and donate, but they denied him. He got through the entire process, right up to the point just before you go into the back to donate before he was informed of his inability to donate. We got there at 8am and finally at 2pm is when they told him. They should have a sign, or let people know when the come in that if you have "gang affiliated" tattoos that you cannot donate, not make you go through the whole process and then tell you no!

The people here are very professional and caring towards their donors. Been coming here since this csl plasma center opened and have yet to get a bad reaction. The people in the donation area are all awesome people who know their job very well.
