Just wanted to say that Brothers Plumbing were quick in sending an A/C rech out to take care of my A/C problem. Abe was a very friendly and knowledgeable. We finally find a place for us when we have A/C problems

Bruce is a people person. He has put Brothers on my speed dial. He excells at putting people at ease and portrays to his customers the quality of service to be expected at Brothers. I felt very comfortable with Bruce as he explained the maintenance programs available. (Which I purchased). Sign him to a long term contract!.

Brothers promises superior service and customer satisfaction. They deliver. We called Brothers to replace a broken service line after two other plumbers failed to perform. Connie cheerfully promised a plumber would respond soon and he did. Justin looked and conducted himself like a professional,quickly replacing the damaged line. Several weeks after the repair we found that sand had lodged in some plumbing fixtures. Brothers made no excuses; apologized for the mistake and inconvenience and quickly returned to correct the problem. The repair was completed quickly at no charge. Without hesitation I would call them again if I need a plumber.

Water line burst filling heating duct with 48 gallons of water. Kevin responded to our call and elected to do repairs under our ground set mobile home. He did a great job and if we ever have future problems we would ask for him. Kevin was very personable, a complete gentleman and professional in his work.

My name is Bill. I just moved into a new house in Phoenix during the week of December 10. Upon my move-in, I decided that I wanted to have a few plumbing upgrades made on my new house, so I contacted Brothers Plumbing, based on some advertising information that I had received in the mail. I was able to get an appointment on the same day, on Friday, December 21, for late in the afternoon. At the appointed time, my Brothers Plumbing technician, Lee Martinez arrived. Over the next few hours, Lee provided the services that I wanted to have performed, and he provided them with the utmost of professionalism. I found Lee to be very knowledgeable, very technically competent, and to be a very good listener when it came to listening to my concerns and answering my questions. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service that Lee provided, and I will most certainly call Brothers Plumbing again for any pluming services that I may need in the future.
