The staff was polite and the waiting period was short.

I was referred here by my family doctor.

However, the one on one conversation with Dr Frank was a very unpleasant experience for me, as he was very aggressive and intimidating in his approach.

I was expecting to review my medical history paperwork with the doctor.

In fact, when the doctor came into the room to talk to me he said he had already reviewed my medical paper work.

However it was quite obvious that he didn't, as he was surprised when I told him I had a stroke two years earlier.

Although the staff was pleasant, the one on one conversation with Dr Frank was very uncomfortable for me therefore I feel this doctor was unprofessional .

In fact, he even admitted himself that he was not a good doctor to talk to when it came to my emotional well being .

I have never met a doctor who made me feel so vulnerable when all I did was follow my family doctors advice in seeking additional guidance for pain management.

When I left there I did so on the same prescription that I went in on and I feel that all my visit did was cause more harm then good.

I don't recommend this doctor to anyone who seeks pain management assistance.
