Was a little worried after reading the one review but locals swear by them so I called got great service prompt and inexpensive good people

Gustafsen's were awesome. They promptly brought me a water tank, so I had water. As soon as the permit came through, they dug the well immediately. Larry and his crew were kind, considerate, and caring. My new well water tastes great. I'm so happy someone recommended them!

Do NOT call Gustafson Well Drilling for any work you need done! Incompetent! Worst service around. Did not correctly diagnose the problem. They made incorrect repairs without my permission. Made the system worse and caused me a lot more money. The owner, Glenna, is rude and defiant. I later found out from several other well drilling companies in the area that Gustafson's make LOTS of mistakes. Other well drilling companies are having to go in after Gustafson's leave and clean up the screw-ups made by Gustafson's.

This is the first time I have ever written a bad review for a company. Trust me... Call anyone other than Gustafson & Son Well Drilling located at 8793 72nd Ave, Pentwater, MI.
