I purchase two wedding flutes as a gift for my neice's wedding two months ago. The flutes arrived two weeks ago poorly packaged. I informed the Crystal Zebra of the broken flute two weeks ago. The wedding is scheduled for tomorrow. Nonetheless, I ordered another set of flutes from Things Remembered. I will never use the Crystal Zebra again because the company is unreliable!
