Founded in 1988, SmartCOP Inc. offers system development, implementation and support services for public safety devices. Based in Pensacola, Fla., the company develops and implements software for a variety of safety products, including computer aided dispatch, records management system, mobile computing with field based reporting and jail management system. Some of its proprietary products are SmartCAD, SmartMOBILE and SmartJAIL, to name a few. SmartCOP Inc. provides its services to law enforcement officers, firefighters, EMS personnel, dispatchers and report takers.
