I bought a house in perdido bay recently. I had no measurements and proceeded to buy furniture with the help of Candice. I bought a beautiful sectional and a couch and a bedroom furniture set. After it was delivered is the best customer service I have ever received. I had to return the corner part of the sectional because it would not fit correctly. I received store credit and they came back out and picked up the corner unit. Also I realized when I got my bedroom set that the box spring and mattress would not fit the bed frame. Was able to exchange it for one that fit. They were so understanding and went above my expectations in service. I will buy all my quality furniture from rooms for less, worth the time to check them out. Ask for Laurie or Kevin too. So happy!

Bought a recliner and was assured by the salesperson it was made in America (Mississippi) and had a lifetime warranty on the frame. Recently the frame broke and when I contacted the store the employee assured me he would order the part. Turns out the employee quit and the current staff informed he had "made a mistake." There was nothing they could do for me and when I informed them I would take it to small claims the jerk laughed at me and hung up. Unprofessional, extremely rude, very poorly run establishment. They are NOT accredited with the BBB and now I see why! Stay away.

Went in looking for a chair. A nice girl greeting us when we walked in and said she could beat any price that was written on the sticker and to have a look around. Found a chair that I liked with no sticker, but the gentleman close said it was $199. I asked if he'd take $150. He said the girl would have to ask "the man" in the office. She went to ask and she can back with an older gentleman, who seemed like the owner, following her. He said "no" to my offer, crossed his arms on his chest, glared at me for about 10 seconds, then continued to say "you don't know a good deal when you see one?" I said that I didn't mean to insult him, but reiterated that's how we were greeted. The man walked away and I left. I will never go back and would not spend one dime here. Horrible way to treat a potential customer

This is the old Superior Furniture owner (now closed) who opened this store, Rooms For Less. Bought two recliners and had them write on the contract and sign it and approve it through the owner that they would replace the recliners we purchased if they were defective. Lucy us, one was defective! They would not replace it, and we even offered to exchange them both for two recliners in their store that was $200.00 more for each recliner. Who in their right minds would not do that? We got cursed, and we could not calm them down when we took both recliners back and left them at the front door per the lady at the credit card Co. I sit across the St. and took photos of them loading the recliners on one of their trucks, and they sold them in Foley, AL at their Superior Furniture Store there. They closed Superior Furniture on 9th Ave. in Pensacola and opened Rooms For Less on Davis. Hwy. in Pensacola. Please do not go through the night mare we went through!!! Same man, same business!
