Been here 3 years. Rent goes up every year. No amenities whatever except a laundry room with machines that have been here since the day it opened and they are always broken. No central A/C or Heat. Cooled and heated with "window units" causing power bills of 4100.00 + a month. NOT worth the $$$$.
