i.ePensacola's best in my opinion, I placed an order online, a local florist received it. I was less than pleased, I then went back online and chose to have the original arrangement replaced, My reorder was sent to R&S, I spoke with Sharon, she made new arrangements to replace the ones we had received from the other florist. She is wonderful, She turned what would have been a negative situation into a GREAT ONE. Pensacola...... Listen up, this is where you need to get your flowers from!!!! Keep up the great work., A local favorite, or highly recommended because

I ordered three roses to be sent to my wife in the hospital while she was delivering our son. The cost of those three roses was sixty-six dollars. Other places would have done a dozen for that price. I think R&S is overpriced.

I ordered a fresh arrangement on 07/25/07. The arrangement was pretty and the delivery was prompt. The flowers started dying 2 days later. I am throwing it out today after only 4 days. There are other fresh arrangements received at the same time that show no signs of dying. I was VERY disappointed.
