General Info
Hopjacks is a restaurant/bar with locations in Pensacola, Florida that serves up appetizers, salads, and killer pizza. We are open from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m. seven days a week, serving our full menu until 2:00 a.m. every day. We use top-quality ingredients in every recipe. All locations boast award winning selections of micro and craft beers. Draft Magazine even named us, “One of the top 150 beer bars,†with each location having 200+ beers, a fully stocked bar, and free live music on the weekends. Our Downtown Pensacola location has 112 beers on tap alone! The beers change weekly, and we make a point to keep the selection fresh by consistently bringing new brands in our doors from all over the world. And we have Pabst Blue Ribbon on tap. Oh yeah! We are consistently asked, what is a Hopjack? Insert your typical corporate funny here, dab it with a mainstream reference, slap a bumper sticker there, hang a tasteless joke, and you have your favorite chain restaurant… We digress; besides self-deprecation our favorite things in life, beer and pizza, formed what you see today. In all actuality, hop (one of the main ingredients in beer) and jack (cheese) is how the name came about. Ironically we don’t even use Jack cheese but, hell, who cares? It sounds good. This is usually where we are supposed to toot our own horn about awards and accolades. Sure, we have them, but we are paying for this by the word so just google it. Peace, Love, Beer and Cheese.
