I worked with Dr. Joe in 1975/76 authoring one of Tampa Bay RPC's earliest DRI's. That learning experience served me well in the design of many subsequent upscale communities and resorts from the Outer Banks to the Florida Keys. As I web surf through my retirement, I am pleased to hear that Joe continues to extend his unique insight into creating man's optimal interface with the natural environment.
