Omg i order from here and the pizza was delicious even the pizza fries and the price was cheap and the delivery guy was so nice i would recommend u ppl to try the pizza fries!!!

Worked six years and they want to fire me for being in the hospital

I love their pizza especially the hawaiian pizza. I recommend to others to order from this place.

BEWARE OF BUGS IN FOOD. My family and I receive tons of solicitation from this company in the mail; so we finally gave them a try. We ordered a Shrimp and French Fries platter and a Sicilian Cheese Steak Hoagie Pizza. First they forgot our Pizza and had to go back and get it. When it finally arrived we were very excited to try something new. The pizza came with steak, lettuce, tomato, and mozzarella cheese. Well guess what they decided to give us something extra; small flying bugs that appeared to be gnats or fruit flies.



I first saw one when I opened my shrimp platter. However I wasn’t sure if was an ant and maybe the delivery guy sat the bag down when he was ringing the door bell and it came from outside. It wasn’t until we started eating the pizza that we noticed there were small flying bugs in the box. When I called Villagio back to inform them of the situation, I was told that I couldn’t to speak to the manager or the person in charge due to a language barrier. They didn’t speak English. I was told by the person that took my call that I needed to speak to her. She then translated to whoever was in the back ground what the call was about. The lady proceeded to tell me that the exterminator was just there and they don’t have ants. She volunteers and admits that the gnats or fruit flies must have come from the steak. As she is speaking to me, I hear a man voice, in English say, “we aren’t going to refund her money for the fries but we will refund for the pizza”. What type of sense does that make? So I mentioned something about it and she proceeds to want to argue with me about what I just heard. At no point, was my call to ask for my money back which was deserved for the initial missed delivery and the flying bugs. However, I was calling to make them aware of what could be a serious problem that is either at the restaurant or with their delivery driver. What happened to a thank you or an APOLOGY?
