We tried the rest and have found the best with Rely, dependable and trustworthy, if they make a mistake (rarely) they fixed it with no charge. From Dave who makes the appointments to the repairman, they are experienced professionals who know their business. We have used them on heating and plumbing repairs and new installs, and will continue to use them, Highest recommendation!

Don't have their act together. Poor communication within company wastes weeks of homeowner time. Pricing high and information not always accurate.

They wore booties over their boots and cleaned the work area making it even cleaner than it was when they showed up. Would recommend to anyone!

my family and friends have used Rely Mechanical on several occasions. I find them to be highly qualified and very professional. One plumber came to my mother's home to clear a clogged drain, he wore booties into the home as not to dirty her floor, he emptied the cabinet and cleaned up after the work was finished. He went above and beyond what was expected of him. I find that to be the way the entire business operates. Nothing is ever too much for them and they take the time to explain and answer any questions.

Nice guy but they ruined my air conditioner by charging it with the wrong Refrigerant, gave me wrong advice on how to cool a room and installed my the drain on my Sano incorrectly. Total damage by this Company over $3,000. Then they had the nerve to send an agressive dead beat letter demanding we pay them $600 for the re-charge. Get this my attorney said you have to pay him and them take them to small claims court. So we paid them but who has time to take some to court. So needless to say I am bias. But thought it was important that you knew what happen to me so maybe it won't happen to you.
