upstate tree service owners are a bunch of losers. My neighbor hired them to remove a tree and doing so caused damage to my landscaping. three months of repeated phone calls, if they answer, the contractor was hired to repair my property. Upstate has not paid the contractor and he wants his money from me. Calls have been unanswered. What a GREAT company (NOT)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
