      Founded in 1995, Razak Associates is a specialized firm designed to respond effectively to the particular needs of healthcare, institutional, and academic organizations. We provide design and consulting services that help our clients' facilities adapt successfully to changing directions in a constantly evolving marketplace. Our team of progressive and enthusiastic professionals provides services in strategic master planning, development consulting, architecture, civil and site engineering, land surveying, interior design, landscape design, graphic creation, programming, and project costing. Razak has a standing consultant contract to provide professional design services to the University of Rochester, St. James Mercy Hospital, the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY) and Roswell Park Cancer Institute. Our team members' experience also includes campus planning and architectural design work at many SUNY campuses, including: Alfred, Binghamton, Brockport, Buffalo, Cortland, Morrisville, New Paltz, and Oswego. We have provided professional design services to the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY), Office of General Services (OGS) and the State University Construction Fund (SUCF). We believe good design goes beyond simply fulfilling functional needs. Our project team works in close cooperation with the client in a process that is both budget-sensitive and goal-oriented. We maintain a culture of collaboration and are committed to quality design, technical expertise, and personal service. Our approach to the design and construction of facilities is characterized by strict adherence to three main principles: A thorough understanding of the unique nature of the client's organization and how it fits into the big picture of the marketplace will drive our design approach.
