      The store was original built in the mid 1980s by the Cook and Atkinsons families, who still live in the little town of Pencil Bluff, AR. The store has remained opened, under several different owners, since its construction. The store was painted yellow in the 2000s for a minor face lift, and yes it is yellow, a bright hard to miss yellow. Thus the name, The Yellow Store. The Yellow Store offers great food, great service, and a small town uniqueness. So stop on in and experience it today!
