In addition to development, the company leases and manages desirable Class A office space and executive office space in the Lake Norman region. Tenants are treated with the highest level of customer service, continuing this long-standing family tradition. Griffin Brothers Acquisitions continually monitors energy usage in its buildings and any new development projects and incorporates best practices when it comes to protecting the environment. Larry Griffin, Jr. is responsible for the daily operations of the division. He is a licensed Real Estate broker in North and South Carolina and a licensed General Contractor.
