Excellent customer service and great quality one piece was damage they call me and set up an exchange, everything looks great I am super happy the manager Elliott from the store was always available and answer every question that I have. I will continue buying from this store again.

Faux leather - fake leather - bonded leather. Whatever you call it, my Rooms to Go living room set flaked, peeled, and fell apart long before I finished paying for it. I bought this new unit - along with about $30K in furniture - when I moved from Fort Lauderdale to the Treasure Coast and Vero Beach.

It's a 1-star experience. The only reason for an additional "star" is that Rooms to Go quickly and efficiently replaced the entire living room set once I started talking about it and posting photos to social media. Other customers similarly situated should do the same. It just might work.

Bought thousands of dollars worth of furniture. Every piece was either defective or not delivered. Jackie the manager there is extremely rude and inflexible. Originally agreed to replace furniture then went back on agreement. No one EVER calls back when they say they do. Had to get BBB.org involved and never fully resolved. Go to City Furniture instead. Ended up going there for some of the furniture. Delivered next day and everything in perfect condition. They even called me twice the next day to ask if everything was ok. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
