I have used OCS Realty several times, dealing with Liz and bought a few great investment properties that were REO's and had them rent them out for me. The process has gone smooth and they got me a tenant really quick. The last property was a 2/2 townhouse in Miramar which Liz found and I bought for 49k. She got the property rented for within 2 weeks and the tenant is paying 1150 a month.

They do a background, credit check, and past rental history then provide me all the information. I was able to review the information, and contact the previous landlord which gave a great reference on the tenant.
