This place is horrible. Take it from a former employee. The doctors and techs take their sweet time attending to waiting patients, countless times I would check on the patients 20 minutes to an hour later and they tell me that no one has come in the help them yet! Also, when it comes to admitting your pet, most of the time depending whose working, your pets cage can go uncleaned the whole day, causing your pet to be sitting in his/her own garbage all day. I've witnessed some employees poking the animal vigorously or pulling at them after surgery in the attempt to wake the animal out of anesthesia. Most of the female employees are children of satan, they're rude to you for no reason and are always giving attitude thinking they rule that place. I've only worked there for a few weeks and had to leave because I couldn't take the way they talked to the customers and to me. Dr. Case, Dr. LoDuca, Francy, Reigna, Sandy, Jose, Angie, and Jeff were the only nice employees there; they are very helpful and really do what's best for your pet. Everyone else talked down to you like you were idiots. If this wasn't enough to convince you to not go there or refer any of your friends or relatives then I don't know what will. For your pet's sake, find a different hospital.

Horrible experience. Staff unfriendly. Looking to extort money for unnecessary tests. Took my dog there when she was sick, and they quoted me a minimum cost of $500. I walked out and sought the opinion of another vet. Cost to cure the dog $14.00 worth on antibiotics. Horrible place, horrible staff. The only reason that i have rated it one star, is because i was unable to submit review without rating . It should be a minus 10. Do not walk ....Run away from here.

I absolutely love this place, their prices are so much cheaper than the other vets. my poor baby, was sick with parvo, it was basically dead and Dr. Ridge and tech Hazel saved her, i love them so much. i bake them a cake every year. I always go to them!
