I went there total of three times the first two times excellent I bought a car a Nissan Altima I traded it in for a Honda pilot my vehicle got totaled then went back for a third time to see if I can get another vehicle they would not give me no deals whatsoever very high on the prices after three times ago and you would think they will give you a good deal take some money off the vehicle just so that I can get the vehicle it didn't work out.. time to take my business elsewhere there's always a deal out there so remember that before go with their prices.. update I just had a conversation with Lulu asking her where my check was she told me originally she sent it out 2 weeks ago two weeks later and no check I confronted her about it on the phone told me she didn't say nothing about sending a check out to me and calling me a liar I have a confirmation email saying how much she was sending me in a check and if she was sending it out two weeks ago I'm calling the better Business bureau consumer affair hotline also I'm calling the attorney general's office I better get that check soon and I'm also reporting your company thanks again for nothing you went from two stars to a whole one star and you don't even deserve that.

just bought a 2013 INFINITI JX 35 from this dealship after I totaled my last car. Buying a new car can be incredibly stressful but Dan made the process simple and enjoyable from the moment we walked in. Our sales rep Dan Gilbrook was pleasant, informative and interested in what I wanted in a vehicle which he used to guide us to the right model. I just started looking for a new car, but after talking to Dan and seeing the great inventory, I knew I didn't need to go anywhere else. Negotiating was straight forward and fair, and not pushy whatsoever. It's no mystery why McGee wins awards. The price of the car was about $3k lower than anywhere else in the are and they also offered an unbelievable warranty, that put our minds at ease, also very affordable. If you are looking for a great deal, great inventory, without the hassle of a pushy salesman than Dan and the team at the South Shores Best Used Cars is your Man! This is coming from a someone who never writes reviews, but will to do so for the great experience we had. Our IFINITI is still pretty new but there's no doubt that we will see Dan when it's time to upgrade.
I haven't had a car payment in quite sometime so I knew I wanted a pre-owned and not new. Can't stand new car dealerships they prey on buyers. Anyhow, went in was very happy you could just walk on the lot and look inside every car without someone "stalking" you. I had also shopped in their app. I narrowed it down to 3 cars. They were all there on the lot. I couldn't decide that night and since it was so close to 9pm I told them I would be there the next day. After doing my due diligence I finally decided. Went back finance was a snap and was out in about 2 hours. Simple! They are very professional and not pushy at all. Since it's no haggle pricing I immediately liked that. Very happy. McGee Superstore is the biggest location with the most cars. I could of gone to one closer but the cars I wanted to look at were in there anyway. Bought a 2015 Lexus RX359 with only 11,012! Love it!
Dave Dinger is a fantastic sales associate. He made my car buying experience seem fun. I never once felt like he was pushing me to do anything I didn't want to (from test driving to buying and paying for the car). He is extraordinarily compassionate and has the best sense of humor. He made me feel important and deserving of my new car. Lulu in accounts explained all the paperwork thoroughly and she was a delight, too. I highly recommend this Superstore. Thanks, guys
This was my 2nd Superstore purchase within the past 10 years or so- no pressure, no gimmicks, and a nice & knowledgeable salesman makes the process headache-free. Also, my trade-in appraisal was truly reasonable
I have purchased two vehicles from Mcgee in Pembroke over the years and I will continue to deal with and recommend them. Their no haggle prices are competitive, their cars are well maintained and the purchase process is quick and easy. Also, the amount you get for your trade in is fair. I've purchased new cars from large dealers, used cars from small mom and pop shops and Mcgee offers best overall experience.
Great experience. We are very pleased with the entire process. Found the vehicle we wanted, received a great deal, and even have a part being replaced for free. This Superstore is world class!
Chris helped me on a pre car buying trip and was wonderful, spent an hour showing us cars, different models, explaining the different makes and models. This all while really not knowing if we'd be back. Came the following Sunday with my granddaughter for whom the car was being bought and again Chris helped us shop for over an hour, helped my granddaughter, and she ended up loving a Hyundai Elantra and we drove it home. Finance department was wonderful, and quick.

No haggle, no bull. We have never had a bad experience at a McGee in Pembroke, and this time was no exception. Chris Logan took excellent care of us, and within two hours of arriving we purchased a car. We looked at several makes and models and ended up getting a Nissan Rogue. No intimidation, great service, and we left happy and remorse free. What more could you ask for?

Impressive! My first time dealing with the Superstore. Needed to sell my car and was in and out with a check in my hand in only 45 minutes. Easy, stress free and streamlined process. Very fair appraisal, no haggling, great customer service. Would definitely recommend.
False advertising: Listed price online (Autotrader.com, Cars.com) was $7,324.
McGee Pre-owned Superstore, Pembroke – Listed Used 2002 Jeep Wrangler at $7,324. We called this morning, 9/16 and asked if the Jeep was still available and if the price listed on-line was accurate. The answer was YES. At the sales office we met sales rep., Mike, test drove the Jeep and then met with him regarding purchase. He asked us what we were looking for and we said we were hoping to pay $2,000 down – payments close to $100.
Return offer was $249/month for 60 months and $3,000 down. This would add up to $17,940 at the end of the loan. Even with finance charges this is $9,000 more than their advertised asking price of $7,324. When questioned about this Mike stated that the price on line was “not the sale price but the cost” that they paid for the vehicle.
When we asked for our information back – SS#, address, and phone – Mike ripped off part of the document and handed us the SS# but refused to give us the rest of the paperwork. He told us “That’s ours!” and put it in his desk drawer.
