After dropping the TV Guide channel off analog and forcing you to buy digital, now dropping the Weather Channel off analog and digital, they obviously are out of touch with what their customers.

Almost every evening, 8:00pm till 1:00am service drips to 100k or low as 32k. Is this cost savings for company with their bandwidth lease? Do not know but internet speed test from many sources confirm. Company keeps responding no problem found. I am a network professional and wireless engineer. Problem,,,no alternatives to this VERY poor service and not taking responsibility for their problems. The not our system attitude. Service not provided per agreement charged for service.

We have satellite because of Coosa Cable .When we did have Coosa , everyday we had problems only to get the response it was my television ! Ha ! Also when we did have Coosa a repairman threw the used parts on the ground he had taken off only for my husband to hit it with the lawnmower and puncture our above ground pool ! This is why we see so many satellite dishes ! Coosa Cable have just about put themselves out of business with the wonderful service they provide. Charter please come to Pell City!

I'm writing this review as I sit on hold for the second time. Ummmm. I must admit we don't have outages often...now. But when we do, it's an act of congress to get things resolved and get some minimum of luke warm customer service. We do need other options for service in our area. Until them we are at their mercy. Ummmm... still on hold..should I hang up and call again? My question won't take nearly as long as this hold time. Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. Still holding. Let me call again!

this company is very sorry,, been three weeks.same problem. seems to me like noone here REALLY WANTS to do there job. the service is horrible,the lies and run arounds are in excusable.we have had problems for 3 weeks,and repetative calls have done nothing.ANYONE WHO SEES THIS,,DONT DO BUISINESS OF ANY TYPE WITH THIS SORRY COMPANY. THEY STILL EXPECT THE BILL TO BE PAID,BUT THEY DONT FIX PROBLEMS OR CARE.

I want to know why we don't have a choice, such as Bellsouth, or Charter or any of those... the competition would certainly get Coosa Cable up on it's toes! The same thing applies to Century Link or Centurytel or whatever they are calling themselves these days... why only ONE to choose from???????? I find it very annoying that in this day and age I live in a town where you only have ONE choice of anything. It's disgusting.

Don't know will not come out and hook my cable up right, Have had nothing but trouble from then.

I have been waiting for a month now for coosa to come out and find out why I can't get my channels but I keep getting the run around no one seems to want to do their jobs.They keep telling me they have to write me up on a repair. This will be the 11 repair they have wrote on me. I want my DISH back.
