Sarahs flowers is great, I've been there 5+ times. Twice for matching corsages and boutiniers. and three times for flowers/bouquets. Everytime I've been inside the store I am greeted and waited on hastely. Mrs.(her name just slipped my mind) is the best, she'll make you a beautiful arrangement for any occasion. She has terrific ideas and is a Gem. She'll answer any question you have and give you her professional opinion. I Can't say enough about sarah's flowers. if you need flowers, head to sarah's, and boys don't be afraid she'll make it easy on you to get your special lady the perfect flowers!!!

This is the second time that I have used Sarah's flowers to send my friend a floral arrangement. I was hesitant about using them again, because I was so disappointed the first time (a couple of years ago), but decided to give them another try. Sad to say, I am equally disappointed with the arrangement my friend received today.



I had specifically said that I wanted the Telaflora picture replicated. They assured me that they had all the flowers necessary, but did not have the same vase. I said that was fine, as long as the flowers and the arrangement of the flowers looked exactly like the picture. I was assured that they would.



My friend sent me a picture of the floral arrangement and it looks nothing like the Telaflora arrangement that I liked so well. I called the shop and asked to speak to the owner. I explained my disappointment and wanted to know why so many flowers were substituted, when I was assured that they had all the flowers necessary. She said that they tried to please me and made the arrangement even bigger and better, and the only way I could get a refund was for them to repossess the flowers from my friend and refund my money. I spent 20 minutes trying to make my point...which was...I was promised one floral arrangement and got another, but she just kept repeating her mantra of bigger is better. I got nowhere with her and I will NEVER use this florist again.



In my estimation, if a florist promises that they have all the flowers to reproduce a piece for you, then it should look like the picture...not something else.



I am so disappointed.
